The 485SU can convert unbalanced, full or half-duplex RS232 signals to balanced, full or half-duplex RS485 signals, at Baud rates up to 115.2 kpbs over 4000 feet of twisted pair or coax - with an integrated industrial PC controller to host the user's surface software application. Internal video conversion allows the control software to be viewed on a VGA, composite or SVHS video monitor.
